What started as a fun hobby—assembling platters for friends and family—quickly turned into a full-blown business when people started asking, “Can I order one of those from you?” Fast forward to today, and she’s now the go-to in White Rock and South Surrey for beautifully designed, hand-crafted charcuterie boxes, platters, and tables that look so good, you almost don’t want to touch them… almost.

Katrina laughed when she told me about her early days experimenting with boards. “I’d make one, take a photo, and then move things around fifteen times until it looked just right,” she said. “Now I can just see it in my head—it’s like painting, but with cheese and prosciutto.”

That creative eye is what makes her work so special. Every box feels personalized, whether it’s a cozy night in, a picnic at the beach, or a big event. And there’s something about her approach that just feels elevated yet still approachable—think sophisticated, but not snobby.
